Default Lack of Sunlight can make you moody.

The absence of sunlight has now been proven that it can affect brain chemistry, in which can effect peoples moods. Despite of what you hear about to much sun, (just put more cream on, lol), we need vitamin D. Even if you only get "30 minutes of sunlight a day in winter" and "10 minutes of sunlight in summer" it would bring back health and well being in up to 80% of people with sad symptoms.

Vitamin D does not come from the sun but the UV rays that are absorbed into the body and skin are manufactured into vitamin D. Vitamin D balances out the phosphorous and calcium levels in the blood, and it is also used for the remodeling and growth of your bones.

It also plays a part in enhancing the amount of oxygen that’s in your blood which travels’ all through your body and thus giving you more energy and well being.

So who's coming to the beach?
