-A couple lbs of browned ground beef
-can of sliced black olives
-can of sliced mushrooms
-half a jar of vodka sauce
-the innards of a steamed spaghetti squash

It's like a big bowl of pasta with meat sauce. But very low carb compared to regular pasta (depending on the sauce you use).
