The easiest way to get back into it is go to a music shop, go to the relaxing section and look for something that has a
"Alpha" tone in it or 7 to 13 seconds beat a minute. As this is the next first best step of introduction to meditation.
If you find any thing that says
"Theta" on it, or 3 to 7 seconds beat a minute, it is even deeper again and I would not recommend this until you have mastered the
"Alpha" state.
Remember the brain is a muscle and when you first start using different parts off it that haven't been used before, it might ache a bit here and there.
Just for the record, I don't use the term meditation, I like to call it just a
"day sleep." It seems to fit in better with family & friends.
