I do much better on low cal with more carbs and fiber.
I do better with lower carbs once I get going... carbs just give me MORE carb cravings. It's easier to stick to my diet with lower carbs.

It's real olympic lifting. It's a coached class at a crossfit. Theres 6 or so people in the class, all at different levels. I found the coach on usaweightlifting.org and he is the only coach in my area that they have certified. He trained Chad Vaughn, who qualified for the olympics last year and back in 2004. I believe he's coached others on the us olympic team, but he is the only one I know of cuz he's on the gym website, apparently has trained there! LOL

Class is canceled next weekend as he, and half of the students in the class are going to a meet in Austin. Class is 3 times a week, but with my work schedule, I cannot get there in time after work.

They were not fun!!! I've done reverse lunges before, but walking, down the middle of the gym with people tossing crazy weights up in the air and throwing them back down made me a little nervous! Thanks for the birthday wishes!
