Hi Q.
What I have come to find is that it is so hard to make health & body changes in your life when you have an unconscious belief of "I'm not good enough." And most people have this belief in them, they just don't know it.

What you say is all true here Q, but a little to confusing for some people out there. There is an easier way to describe what your saying in two words - Self approval.
How do you think your body would react if you said this to yourself for 5 minutes every day?
  • I'm not good enough
  • I'm not good enough
  • I'm not good enough
Do you think it would be easier to lose weight?
Do you think your body would become healthier?
Or do you think that your body will carry this order out in the body any way it see's fit?

See if you can catch your self out over the next couple of days criticizing your self.
