This morning I had a few sausage links, a big protien drink, some string cheese, and a serving of nuts (unsalted) - here come the jokes. I think tomorrow I might go with a hamburger or two - a drink, and some cheese. I officially start the TNT diet on Monday, but I've been dropping more and more carbs out since the 1st of the year so eliminating them all wont be such a shock. Not sure if that's a good idea but it seemed to make sense to me. I'm probably well below 100 carbs a day right now. Just had a giant Arbys Roast beef sandwhich- threw the buns in the trash can.
