I usually don't get around to it until after 8 and that's HARD after getting up at 6am and living a full day. Maybe I will go to bed early tonight and try to get up earlier tomorrow. Sometimes I wake up around 4:40-4:45 and think, "I could get up and exercise", but then I tell myself that's crazy.

But I agree with you it's easier to get it out of the way early in the day.
I decided to start the challenge off doing Leigh Peele's OPT program, but am now rethinking that already, mainly because it requires working out 6 days a week and twice on one of those days. However, I am just now getting back to work after vacation so I think that's contributing to my feelings of being overwhelmed already!
