You lift weights, start with a good beginner program, look at my SS log (sig). You eat food, and a lot of it, broken into 5 or 6 meals a day. A lot of protein and carbs, and no junk food. You get plenty of rest, at least 8 hours of sleep a day.

1. Your shape is determined by genetics, and since you're skinny right now it's best to just work on the basic compound lifts (squat, bench press, row, military press, dips, pullups, deadlifts).

2. You will not blow up into Arnold in just a few months, it takes years of lifting, studying and consistency (and steroids only when you reach your true genetic potential and desire more). Of course from the sound of it all you want is a nice shapely body, not a big muscular one which is fine. I don't look down on that (unlike some other people I know).

3. When you do gain a good fair amount of mass, then you can start working on sculpting your body and get that shape you desire with some isolation lifts within the compound dominant routine.
