The salad was good! It's an herb salad, it's more than just lettuce, it's got some nice flavors in it. Yes, it's candy cane crushed up and made into bark with white chocolate... it's so good! My office manager is quite the entertainer and party planner and she makes it, she also makes one with lemon drops in it... I did not touch the lemon one because I didnt want it to be haunting me!
