As a female i have a tendency (when i allow myself) to gain water weight. I have been good about keeping it off but i recently have fallen off of my training. I am back on track again but i desperatley need to get rid of some of my water weight in a short amount of time. I am not trying to do anything dangerous to my health but i am really interested in any ideas that you may know of to get this off in a hurry. I have just never needed to get it off this quick so any ideas would be wonderful.
