Your salad sounds yummy! So does the peppermint bark. What is that? Like candy cane in white chocolate? I loves me a peppermint white chocolate mocha! Damn Starbucks and their yummy holiday drinks!

What's with the candy at work? I had a pecan caramel cluster, but just one! I am very proud of myself!

Still SUPER SORE from my OLY lifting class on Saturday. My traps and neck are super sore today and I feel like I have whiplash. Lotsa ibuprofen to help. Worked and went home and crashed early. BEAT! I shoulda stayed away from the peppermint bark, but I didn't... it was GOOD too! Curse the office manager for dumping all her holiday left over treats in the breakroom!
