Monday - Rest

M1 - cottage cheese, pineapple

M3 - turkey chili w/ beans and cheese, salad w/ tomato, yellow pepper and ff catalina dressing
M4 - peppermint Bark

Still SUPER SORE from my OLY lifting class on Saturday. My traps and neck are super sore today and I feel like I have whiplash. Lotsa ibuprofen to help. Worked and went home and crashed early. BEAT! I shoulda stayed away from the peppermint bark, but I didn't... it was GOOD too! Curse the office manager for dumping all her holiday left over treats in the breakroom!
