m1: Egg, egg whites, fat free feta, chopped spinach, butternut squash fries (I only ate half of everything because I was having some weird digestive issues this morning)
m2: Greek yogurt, Optimum Nutrition vanilla casein PP, cocoa, stevia, almond butter, glucomannan
m3: Trader Joe's grilled chicken strips, romaine, tomato, cucumber, Kraft EVOO Greek Vinaigrette, fat free feta
**TRAINING**
m4: Designer Whey vanilla PP, Gatorade powder
m5: Top sirloin steak, spinach, strawberries, tomato, Kraft Light Balsamic vinaigrette
