I'm glad the bars have worked for you Cappuccino - some people have a tendency to overcook them. I've really improved the granola bar recipe - even the one in Berardi's recent article at t-mag is an older version. The ones I sent Kaiser are going in the new book.
I also have a bunch of new bars - including a Cinnamon-Raisin that is perfect for a low-GI P+C meal. Also, a bunch of new, tastier P+F bars.
