I'm new. Not to fat loss, but to posting here. Can I join this challenge? I've just read through the last challenge post and a few logs and I am really inspired. SO many people are close to my stats.
I'm pretty sure I'll be doing OPT, and coming off of a "guru" designed plan that is not working for me.
