Monday Dec 29 update
REST DAY (did a workout on Sunday)
Goals / Actual
1387/ 1390 calories
138 / 140 protein
121/ 122 carbs
38 / 39 fat

Today I will be switching to the OPT remix plan.
DAY A
Goals are:
calories - 1497
protein - 193
carbs - 90
fat - 40

Looking forward to trying out the workout at lunch today.
