I'm gonna be pretty annoyed if this is a prequel post for some cure-all bullshit....

Long story short: spider veins typically are treated by sclerosant, basically scarring the vessels down. The underlying incompetence of the deeper venous system remains, however, and without use of supportive garments constantly, you'll make more. In fact, you'll still make more w compression, but less than you would w/o.

In re: cellulite--good luck. Diet and exercise may help, but good genetics trump all.

There is absolutely NO peer reviewed literature to support success for either of these conditions with lasers, topical therapies, or injectable sludge such as mesotherapy.
