Must you sign up to get these?

Was looking for a more specific Oly lifting routine... am getting lessons once a week and for the rest I'm free as a bird to do what I want, but I'm trying to modify my normal routine to help with difficult parts.
Like building up the confidence to dive underneath the bar for a snatch, I've started doing OH squats.
My coach isn't very helpful in suggesting routines to me , so I'm trying to find useful ones myself. This thread seemed like a good start but where to start on the site...
To access the workouts, you sign up (which is free) and enter in your maxes for a list of exercises. This will provide you with customized workouts for your strength level. Way back when I began competing in weightlifting, I used to just experiment quite a bit, and went with what worked. Over time, I have been able to develop workouts that I know have worked for me, as well as athletes I have trained. Many of these same workouts are now on this site, so feel free to experiment with them on your own if you want. Weightlifting is a tough sport, but it is also quite rewarding. While you may never become a champion weightlifter (unless you started when you were 11 or 12), you can become the very best weightlifter YOU can be. This is what keeps me going after all these years, and I hope it does for you as well. If you have questions, I am happy to answer. I will try to get on this site as time allows. Thanks!
