Thanks Karen and Pauline.
Bloodwork came back normal. My doc just thinks my body never quite got my mid-November cold all the way out and it all caught up with me (Note to self, when you're sick, don't push yourself too hard---recover!). I've gained about a pound and a half. I'm ok with the extra weight, and I think it'll come off pretty quickly. I haven't been too good about my eating because I just haven't had the energy to cook; and I've done absolutely no exercise--again, no energy.

I've got some energy back, and my lymph-nodes are almost all the way down. Oh, and I can move my head without pain. All good things.

That said, today was my first day back in the gym in almost a month. I feel a lot weaker than a month ago. And, believe me, I took it really easy.

3 sets 15:
DB Squats: 20e, 15e, 15e (did these plie-style)
Seated Cable rows: 70lbs, 80lbs, 80lbs
DB Push Press: 15e, 15e, 15e (only got 13 up on the last set)
Supine Hip Extension: BW
Swiss Ball Cruch: BW
I was also going to do some lunges, but decided against it.
For any of you with NROL, this might look strangely like FatLoss1, minus the Rotational Lunges. That's because it is. I'm going to do two weeks of FL1 to finish out the year (and help get myself back into the swing of things), then move into Strength 1 in January.

It felt really good to workout again. Now I have to remember everything I know about food and get that 1-1/2lbs back off!
