I have been working with an 18 year old girl for about 2 and a half months now. She wants strenght and to put on a bit of mass and be lean. She eats low carb all the time, she recently moved to Bulgaria and doesn't like any other but low carb foods.
She has gained a lb of muscle and lost 2% fat since we have been working out together, she weighs 125 lbs, but her nutritional diary bizzars me out.
Just to give you an example yesterday her macros were like this:
calories 4972 fats 297 carbs 89 protein 451
She has an enormous apetite and has a lot to do at school+works out 4-5 times a week, but geeez, she can she be absorbing all that protein??????
Even my guy friends don't eat like that....
