ON Whey Protein powder is the best that I have found for the money. You can buy 5 lbs online for about $25. As far as other cheap, clean foods:
oats, tuna, eggs, cottage cheese, natty pb, the list goes on. As long as you buy things in bulk, you will save money and be able to eat on your budget. I know a lot of people around here eat on that budget. There was a thread a couple of weeks ago that asked how much everyone spent on groceries in a week. Scroll down and you should find it.
