I am in college and I do not have a lot of money to spend. Right now I spend between 50 and 60 dollars on food and protein mix a week. I am looking to make that next step in my training and I would like some input on what is a good buy when it comes to supplements and which ones to buy?
I use a protein power with some vitamins along with a good diet but I just can't seem to get that cut look. I don't mind being known as that BIG guy but I would like to have some tone to match my size.
I have looked at some of the products on the market but which one's work?
The one thing I would like to find is something to keep me full longer. I invested in a rice steamer and that seems to help but I am getting conflicting info about eating rice as a filler.
