Weight cutting is not starving yourself. It's manipulating diet and hydration, and taking laxatives, for a week or two before the fight, to keep as much muscle mass as possible, while keeping the weight under the cut off for 30 sec, 24hrs before the fight.
Then re hydrating and eating loads of carbs to get back to normal.
This guy is 6'4" and fighting at 155lb. That is not cutting weight - that's starving yourself year round to avoid fighting anyone with a similar frame/reach.
