I buy the creatine that's cheapest. I bought a tub/jar of EAS Creatine Drink at Target. It is pure creatine monohydrate powder (i.e., no sugar, protein, etc.). Just pure creatine.

I'd agree that the micronized ones dissolve better, but I forgot about that and just bought any old one that I found. It's still mixing fine...

Stay away from the pre-mixed drink ones, as they are more expensive that mixing your own PWO drink with the creatine powder.
