I didn't think running in cold weather was a big deal until this past weekend. It rarely hits 0 C in Vancouver, B.C. so when it did and I ran...it was freaking cold!!! Now that they're calling for around -10C with windchill, I will move it into the gym. However, what are you're favourite layering techniques? FYI, I'm a girl.
AND FOR THE BOYS: How do you keep your boys warm? My husband had it rough when we went running.
