I weigh it or estimate, based on the size of the blobs that I've seen when I've weighed it before.
It's too hard to get out of measuring spoons anyway and I'm either smearing it onto something or putting it into a smoothie, where a knife is easier, or eating it right off the spoon, where a normal spoon is my preference.
