What can happen if you take too much protein? I take 2 shakes a day (40 g each) and eat a protein bar (15 g). In my meals I easily get enough to satisfy the "1g per lb of body weight".
Also, I'm just starting with altering my diet and supplements. I've worked out for about 2 years and looking for better results and more energy throughout the day. I recently started working and so my schedule is more structured now. What are some easy things I can do with my diet to start out?
