i'm currently eating one can of tuna (150g dry weight = 45g of prot per can) each day, but i want to rise my calorie intake since i'm losing weight.;
now since i love tuna and it's very cheap i was wondering if it would be harmfull to eat 2 cans each day (not at the same time ofcourse).
