I agree with the others' comments about getting some healthy fats in your diet, and more fruit/veggies. Otherwise it looks like you're on the right track. Keep the protein up; make sure to get some carbs and protein around the workout period, and lots of whole veggies, fruits, protein sources, and healthy fats other times (fish oil, olive oil, flax).
