morning: oatmeal + whey shake with milk (with 5g of creatine on non training days) + 500 mg l-carnitine
snack: 150g of tuna
lunch: chicken with 2 slices of whole wheat bread
snack: 250g low fat yoghurt (bout 2%) with artificial sweetener (like splenda)
pre-workout: a shake with creatine in 5g + milk
post work out: a carb/protein meal (mostly pasta with chicken, or rice with turkey, or potatoes with fish)
before hitting the bed: cottage cheese with arti sweetener
i'd like to gain some lean body mass
is this a good diet?
during the day i drink about 3l of water
