Hi, I did not participate in the second challenge BUT because of the first challenge I kept taking pictures and taking measurements on a monthly basis. It has been a constant reminder to stay motivated. I started doing double workouts 3 times a week and working out 6 days a week. ffice ffice" />
I dropped off the boards because of time constraints (3 young kids) and not being able to post every workout (if I am going to do something I like to do it 100%). With my new found fitness level and seemingly endless energy my days are booked solid. It’s been great. Most importantly because of my transformation – and being asked how I did it, I have referred many people to this site, for the inspiration, dedication and support all of you gave me!!
