for women who have completed both challenges
to all women who completed challenge one and two this year, please just post a note here. I am interested to know what it was like for you to consistently post pictures and stats.
as someone who has at least six sets of body for life start photos and no finish photos, I am very happy with myself to have posted consistently every month for a year!!
my pictures don't look anything like those BFL before and afters. and I guess that was always what stopped me from finishing those challenges. my changes would be so modest compared to the women in the books.
congratulations to us for posting each month, and putting it all out there! I am proud of us!!
