Earlier today I weighed myself for the first time in about a month. I had gone from 170 to 179, but I've actually gotten leaner. About a month ago I also started using creatine. How much of this weight gain is from water retension caused by creatine? I've seen some size increase, but I know I didn't put on nine pounds of muscle in 4-5 weeks.
