Thats way, way too little food z.

For starters try to get up to 6 meals per day.

Then add a whole heap of fruit and vegies in there.

Then cut out the protein bar and replace with a real meal.

Drop the bread from your breakfast, add some meat or something and make an omelette.

Check the adams diet post up above, its a good guide for the sorts of foods you should be eating, theres also threads on this board with other people giving their days eating, etc, check them out for examples.
