I have started to watch what I eat. Here's a typical day for me.
Breakfast: 4 egg whits made into two sandwhichs
Lunch: If at school protein bars
If home a can of veggies and a chicken breast
Dinner: When getting home from work I eat a large pouch of tuna with lemon peper seasoning. I drink only diet pop, skim milk, or water throughout the day. What should I change?
