I still get this trade publication
Seafood Business and they were all happy that the nutritional guidelines the Govt. puts out every five years (next one due in 2005) is supposed to recommend fish twice a week. It caused me to want to look to see what these guidelines said because they have impact in a lot of areas, including school menus.
