Rip/ Everyone else,
I nuke mine every once in a while when I take my eggs to work. I crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a fork just like normal. Next I pour them into a wide flat microwave safe bowl and stick them in a microwave. Cook them for a minute or so then pull them out and stir, at this point I add in what ever veggies or cheese I want and then throw it back in the microwave for a little longer. Turns out pretty good everytime and like you said Rip....very easy.
