I'm guessing you have the pumpkin and the apple spice muffin mix?
Easiest - follow the instructions on the box. Most of them ask you to add water, oil and eggs. Swap equal amount of pumpkin for the oil and leave the other ingredients alone. You might need to reduce the baking time a bit.
Something using much more pumpkin would probably require more experimentation.
