add F6 size 48

365x1, 375x1, 385x1 PR, 395x1 PR, 405xFAIL couldnt get the last inch

Standing OH Press- 3x8@145

Low Row- 3x8@220

Tate Press- 3x8@60

overall good day kinda pissed about the bench my spotters said it looked like the bar was walking down stairs when i was lowering it my groove sucks as of now
