Well I personally eat breakfast at around 6:00 and hit the gym about 7:15 or so.
I haven't noticed any adverse affects of doing it this way. I seem to have a fair bit of energy, at least until the workout is done, and then I am tired.
I get out of the gym around 8:00 and have a PWO at around 8:10.
I have really just started working out in the AM. Up until now the workouts have been haphazard, using the weights I have at home when I get time or "feel" like it. I think my current method of hitting the gym 4 or 5 times a week for weights and HIIT will result in more positive results.
