I know for sure that you can do the eggs in the microwave. Just get a micowavable container that is large enough so that when you pour the eggs in it spreads fairly thin across the bottom. From their just experiment with the timing as every microwave is a little different.

I am sure you could do it with the pasta it would probably take a bit longer though. Here again you will have to mess with the timing until you get it right.
