I did lots of exercises this morning that I don't feel like typing, but here's my squats for today:
135lbs. - 10 reps
225 lbs. - 5 reps
275 lbs. - 1 rep
295 lbs. - 1 rep
310 lbs. - 1 rep
135 lbs. - 60 reps
155 lbs. - 25 reps
185 lbs. - 25 reps
205 lbs. - 25 reps
225 lbs. -17 reps
Lie on floor panting for air.
310 lbs. is my new max. Also, I've been able to increase the number of reps on the lighter weights. Not sure if you guys and gals that train for olympic lifts agree with me, but I really believe the super high reps I've been doing have helped a lot.
When I'm one-year pot-op from pec surgery I will begin my oly training. For now, I'm focusing on getting strength and form. Can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Next week I'm putting six 45 lb. plates on the bar for a total 315 lbs on my squats. This will be fun to see. Some guy actually came up to me and said my form looked good and that my ass was practically hitting my ankles - Yes!!!!!
After this did some deads, sit-ups, calf-raises, etc........ blahblahblahblah.......
Tomorrow morning I'm gonna do some bodybuilding stuff like weighted chins, dumbell curls, and lateral raises.
