Yeah, those softgels are not the way to go. Not too many BCAA's in them, and very overpriced, mistake learned.

A little pricey but Eddie always has great deals, and if you wait usually has 20% off weekends and the like. This tastes delicous and will last you a LONG time. I drink this stuff during workout after already taking in a preworkout shake, and then get some BCAA's in my postworkout shake. I would definitely reccommend this product!

Compare the softgels with these stats per serving size:

L-Leucine: 3420mg
L-Isoleucine: 1590mg
L-Valine: 1830mg
L-Glutamine: 2770mg
Vitamin b6: 10mg

90 servings per container BTW.
