Question

I have been looking at my foods for the last few weeks (seeing where my nutrients come from) and I see that my vitamin K consumption is like 800% RDA almost every day. I haven't found any toxisity information yet (apart from overdose with infants), but since it's fat soluble, I was wondering whether it builds up and whether it could cause any problems in the long term (I have green vegetables every day, especially broccoli and cauliflower, which both have it in abundance, add some alfalfa and it gets pretty scary). That's not counting my multi, which already has some in it.
Thanks for any ideas that might come to you.
