I heard one on the radio which listed all sorts of side effects and then pointed out that the placebo produced worse side effects than the medicine.

I think it's kinda sad that they have to list ANYTHING that came up during the study, regardless of whether it's relevent or not. People get all sorts of symptoms when they know they are trying something new. It's mostly mental. I tend to feel queezy when my family is vomiting and keep wondering if I'm coming down with something or is my imagination running wild? I almost never get sick, I'm always wondering if every little gurgle is illness related or normal. Never mind that I gurgle on a regular basis...
