Every other site I find on Google gives me contradicting answers to this question: Does white tea have more/less/the same amount of caffeine as green?
I have a nice tin of each, but I'm usually more in the mood for white at night. However, I'm always a very sensitive sleeper, and I try to control every aspect of my night-time routine.
Recently I've started drinking the white again around 9pm, and not sleeping well... but I was also not sleeping well in the days before.
The answer that I'm expecting is that the difference is negligible.
If anybody has a trustworthy site I'd really appreciate it!
