Not if you tell people to train twice a day and do sprints.
Do you have any two piece pics? She doesnt look 11% in any of those pics.
Anyway, kudos on her transformation and for you training her. One of the things that drove me nuts about training girls for figure is the sheer nuttiness one has to deal with as you get closer to comp time.
