So I want to start taking creatine becasue I have heard nothing but good things about it. I could use the extra boost in the weight room that it gives and I need to fill out a little. I was planning on taking 5g of the ON creatine powder in my PWO shake with 23g whey,1 scoop gatorade powder 1 cup of grape juice, 1 cup of water. I am not going to do a loading phase cus I don't think its necessary.
Anyways my mom saw that I bought it and got upset saying that I am going to get kidney probelms and wind up on dyalsis. BTW, it took me 2 months to convicne her that whey wasn't going to kill me too.

Are their any articles from a reputable source that I can show her so I can convince her I'm not gonna have health problems cus of creatine.
