CtA318 has some sound advice. Berardi's methods are well known and proven. Increase your calorie intake slowly. I would start with an additional 300 per day. You want to experiment a little to determine how much you will need to gain about a pound a week or a little more. I am one of those people who has a very tight range. I seem to gain very quickly by just adding a few hundred calories. Damn. Keep the diet clean just like you would in a cutting phase. No sense putting junk into your body just to gain some weight although some use a bulk as an excuse to binge. Not good.
