You should probably be comsuming about 3800-4000 calories if your maintence if 3300. Im not really sure what to do for the breakdown. Id keep the protein and carbs up when your about to workout. Follow Berardis method with the P+F and P+C. Im bulking in the beginning stage of BoM and I have had great strength gains but not so much size gains. P.S. I'm on Stage 2. Almost 3.
